Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a high-level summary of document-processing activity, pending tasks, and key metrics across your organisation.

Summary Cards

The top of the Dashboard displays colour-coded summary cards. Each card shows a count and a label. The cards visible to you depend on your administrator’s Dashboard Setup configuration. Common cards include:

Charts & Analytics

Below the summary cards, the Dashboard displays interactive charts generated from your document data:

  • Rejection chart – A pie or bar chart showing the distribution of rejected documents by reason or document type.
  • Activity trend – A line chart plotting daily document uploads, approvals, and completions over time.
  • User activity – A breakdown of actions performed by each user in the current period.

Charts respect the selected theme (Dark, Blue, or Light) so labels and backgrounds remain readable.

Workflow Task Summary

If the Workflow module is enabled, the Dashboard shows a panel listing your pending workflow tasks. Click any task to open it directly. A Refresh button lets you reload the list without refreshing the entire page.

Dashboard Setup (Admin)

Administrators can configure which summary cards and charts appear on the Dashboard by navigating to the Dashboard Setup page. Each card can be toggled on or off independently, allowing different organisations to highlight the metrics that matter most to them.

TIP

Click any summary card to drill down into the underlying document list for that metric.
