Reports

The Reports module provides pre-configured and custom reports for analysing document activity, user productivity, workflow performance, and business metrics. Reports are accessible from the Reports link in the left sidebar.

Report List

The Reports landing page shows all available reports as clickable cards. Each card displays the report name and an icon. Click a card to open the report and view its data.

Report Details

Each report opens a detail page with:

  • Interactive charts – Bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs that visualise the report data. Charts respect the current theme (Dark, Blue, or Light).
  • Data table – A sortable, filterable table showing the underlying data. You can use the search box to filter by keyword.
  • Date range filter – Select a date range to focus the report on a specific period.
